11,301+ has been factored into 104-digit and 107-digit prime numbers. The challenge is going very well with nearly 8.5 teraflops of computing power devoted to NFS sieving. The server is a little slow, but it's keeping up with the work. If this rate continues the sieving of 2,1037- will be complete before the end of this year! |
11.301+ wurde in eine 104-Ziffern- und eine 107-Ziffern-Primzahl zerlegt.
Die Challenge läuft mit fast 8,5 Teraflops Rechenpower sehr gut. Der Server ist ein bißchen langsam, hält aber mit der Arbeit mit. Bei dieser Rate wird das Sieben von 2.1037- noch vor Ende des Jahres fertig.

11,301- and 3617523089023,19- have each been factored into their prime cofactors, and have been reported to the Cunningham and OddPerfect projects respectively.
Thanks to your participation, the December to Remember challenge certainly was one to remember! The surge in computing power allowed us to complete the sieving of 2,1037- before the end of 2012. It is now in postprocessing on the Trestles cluster at the San Diego Supercomputing Center and should finish in a few weeks.

11,301- und 3617523089023,19- wurden in ihre Prim-Kofaktoren zerlegt und an die Cunningham und OddPerfect-Projekte gemeldet.
Dank der December to remember-Challenge wurde das Sieben von 2.1037- vor Ende 2012 komplettiert. Die Nachbearbeitung auf dem Trestles Cluster im San Diego Supercomputer-Center sollte in einigen Wochen beendet sein.

2.1037- wurde in drei Faktoren zerlegt, eine 67-Ziffern-, eine 86-Ziffern- und eine 137-Ziffern-Primzahl. Das Sieben von 2.1049+ geht voran.

The postprocessing of 2,1049+, our fourth kilobit factorization, is now underway and is expected to take about 4 weeks. The factorizations of F1229 and L1797 have been completed. We will now be working on successively harder GNFS factorizations, and the sieving of our first, 3,745+, is going well. |
Die Nachberechnung von 2.1049+, der vierten Kilobit-Faktorisation, läuft gerade und sollte ca. 4 Wochen dauern. Die Faktorisationen von F1229 und L1797 sind komplett. Wir werden jetzt an stufenweise schwierigeren GFNS-Faktorisationen arbeiten. Die erste von 3.745+ läuft sehr gut.

Es gibt neue Windows 64-Bit-Anwendungen. Sie sollten 50-100% schneller als die 32-Bit-Versionen sein, abhängig vom Rechner.
